Dr. Denise I. Cytryn, MD, MSc

Dr. Denise I. Cytryn is on the board of the International Association or Regenerative Therapies (IART), this association is committed to training professionals for non-surgical neuromuscular treatments.
Likewise, Dr. Cytryn is an instructor at the Hackett Hemwall Patterson Foundation (HHPF), where she provides quality care to disadvantaged populations in different countries, as well as being part of the Latin American branch of the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine (LAOM). Since she arrived in Israel, she has taught in various courses at the Israeli Society of Muscle Medicine (ISMM).
Dr. Cytryn has extensive academic training, including Madison University, Wisconsin in the USA, where she completed the Anatomy, Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Myofascial Pain with Prolotherapy program more than 10 years ago.
She also attended Prolotherapy courses at the University of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina; University Institute of the Hospital Italiano of Buenos Aires, Argentina, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and different renowned institutions in Peru, Mexico, Canada, Honduras and Greece, among others.
The courses taken by Dr. Cytryn on Botulinum Toxin, Perineural Injection Therapies oriented to neuropathic treatment (nerve pain), Fascial Manipulation and Cervical Headaches of Myofascial Origin have provided additional tools that offer more therapeutic alternatives to her patients.
Dr. Cytryn completed the Master's in Clinical Effectiveness at the Faculty of Public Health of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina with the collaboration of Harvard University, USA. Simultaneously with her master's degree, she completed the Health Systems Management Fellowship at the Hospital Italiano of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Throughout her career, Dr. Cytryn has authored multiple research papers that have been presented at international conferences and published in prestigious medical journals. She is a member of the NGO Cochrane (with headquarters in the UK), whose focus is basic and clinical research, of high quality and ethics, and is licensed as a Monitor of Pharmacological Studies and Management of Research Protocols.
Dr. Cytryn obtained her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, in 1999. Following academic training as a specialist in General, Family and Community Medicine at the P. Piñero Municipal Hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
